Wikimedia argues that the monkey triggered the shutter, not Slater, and the guidelines for copyright only apply to humans. c. Do you think that the copyright for the image should belong to Slater? Why or why not? I think that the copyright for the image should belong to Slater because he did all the work before and after the photo was taken. Comparatively, the monkey put no effort into the photo.
